Any team.
Every task.
Chronika turns a task done once into a guide anyone can follow. Pick the page that is closest to your work and see what a first guide would look like.

The team you work in
Each team explains different things to different people. The IT desk explains a VPN; operations explains a stock count. These pages start from the job you do.

The job you need done
Some jobs cut across teams. Start from the outcome you want, such as a first week or a launch, and work back to the guides you need.

03Where to start
Any task you have explained twice
You do not need a plan for a library. Start with the one thing people keep asking you about, the one you could do in your sleep and still get messages about.
- 01
It has more than a few clicks
If you cannot say it in one sentence, a guide will do better than a message. Each click becomes a step with its screenshot.
- 02
You have answered it before
The second time is the signal. Record the third answer, and every time after that is a link.
- 03
It lives in one person’s head
Record it while they do it. The steps come out in the order they happened, with their narration kept alongside.
- 04
It spans a browser and a desktop program
The extension records the tab and the Windows app records the program. Both go into the same guide.
- 05
It shows things you should not share
Password fields are blurred before upload. Blur or crop the rest, or keep the guide inside your workspace.
- 06
It changes now and then
Edit the steps that moved instead of starting over. Guides stay where they are, in the collection you filed them in.
Ready when you are
Record the one you keep explaining
Pick the task people ask about most, press record, and do it once.
